I knew I had a knack for planning events at a very young age. My friend and I would plan our birthday parties down to the very nitty gritty detail with an event timeline and hand made invitations out of markers and construction paper!

My love for event planning carried over to the junior high where I planned many school activities such as spirit week and school fundraisers. Of course I was on student council again in high school; we got to plan and decorate for ALL of the dances, prepare and execute homecoming week and plan various other events. I was even student council president my senior year. I had a such a blast in high school.

While attending the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, majoring in business management, I completed a year long internship planning community service events for the campus and surrounding community. It was a blessing to meet all of the wonderful people willing to help in so many ways.

My favorite planning experience came from a summer internship with Lola Event Productions in Chicago. There, I assisted with the entire wedding process whether it was vendor meetings, invitation etiquette, or design implementation. The internship solidified my love for weddings; I knew event planning was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

Since then, I have planned my own wedding to my high school sweetheart. I loved the process and miss being completely busy and engulfed with the details! I have worked with many other couples along the way to help make their day simply perfect. (Check out the galleries on my website or facebook!)

I have a true passion for weddings and all that comes with them. I love the feeling of excitement, love, the families and fun. I love to learn about every couple’s relationship and how they grew to be one; I love to see them try to mesh their individual tastes and accomplish pulling a combination together. The best is bringing the couple’s vision to life!

I am extremely detailed and a good mix between Type A and B personality. I’m a great listener and want nothing more than to please my clients and bring new ideas and a twist to the average wedding. I have worked in various venues and numerous couples. I know what it takes to put on an event and how much work it truly is!

I currently live in Bristol, Wisconsin with my wonderful Husband, Adam. We were recently married after dating for 8 years and surviving a long distance relationship between WI and FL. We adopted an 80lb Weimeraner, Yogi, who learns something new every day; he even knows how to open our fridge! (Not to our liking, we’ve lost many pizzas to him!) We love spending time on the lake and making our new house a “home”.
